Not exactly, though there is a mother abusing her child (see "Is a child abused?" for more info), and the father is shown not being able to stop it. I feel this is at least worth mentioning.

In the beginning of episode 2 (minor spoilers) Steven checks security footage with the security guard. The monster from episode 1 doesn’t show on the tapes, and the guard acts like he’s being crazy. The scene feels like a sort of gaslighting, even if it’s not the traditional type.

The main character restrains himself at night. There's also a lot of restraining by grabbing. Episode 4 has a scene where the main character is restrained to a wheelchair, and episode 5 also has him be restrained by orderlies.

Fair amount more blood/gore in comparison to other MCU properties (and probably the goriest of the Disney+ series), but I wouldn't necessarily say excessive. The worst it gets is a mummification scene, and even then the gore isn't heavily focused on or graphically shown.

Kind of? In episode 4, Layla kisses Steven while aware that it was him, which technically counts as cheating since she willingly kissed someone who wasn't Marc. It creates a small rift between Marc and Steven for the rest of the episode, but it isn't a major plot point in the story.

Yes, in the opening of episode 1. It’s not graphic, but it’s a weird and unpleasant method, and just generally not a fun scene. I’d recommend skipping to the Marvel logo if you’re sensitive.

Marc Spector/Steven Grant has DID and does commit violent attacks. Although this is moreso from getting powers through Khonshu and less from the the trope that mentally ill people are violent. But still.

A few things I thought may be worth pointing out (this is likely incomplete): Episode 1 has a brief scene where a character talks while eating (the sound is somewhat drowned out by background noise, however). Episode 4 also has some squishing noises during a mummification scene (see "Is there audio gore?" for more information). I believe there was also a scene in a trailer where someone was chewing gum, but it wasn't in the series itself.

In episode 3, after Khonsu says “take him to the ledge,” Marc suspends someone near a ledge to get information, holding them by a scarf. They intentionally sever the scarf rather than answer, and fall. You see some of the fall, and hear them hit the ground. You also see the body from far off.
