There's quite a few scenes of characters showering after training or a fight. Nothing particularely shocking aside from maybe episode where Takamura sneaks on Ippo in the showers to take his towel off or episode 27 where the same man sneaks on another character to grab his p*nis, even tho these scenes are treated as harmless teasing.

In Episode 35, a new gym member is introduced. he can't quite handle the intense training and ends up vomiting a few times hence why he earns the nickname "Geromichi" (barf-michi). No vomiting is ever shown on screen, only implied through sound.

In order to so, he dehydrates himself to the point he won't even shower, eats nothing but a raw tomato for dinner and forces himself through training, even at night, to distract himself from how hungry he is. This could be hard to watch for some.
