In granny chapter 2 you find granny’s great-grandchild in a fenced off play area that more resembles a pet enclosure, with hay, a bed and food bowl, which makes sense as it seems to not be a human, some kind of nosferatu x slendeman hybrid. It seems generally fine in its enclosure but you are supposed to be off put by it being some kind of literal monster. You can feed it to distract it. You can also choose to kill it, which angers granny and grandpa and slendrina (the mother) appears as a ghostly apparition, as if she is mourning her child.

No, granny and grandpa in chapter two seem to care for eachother to the point that if you knock someone out the other will run to come attack you. There are other interspecies relationships (slender man, nosferaru, whatever species granny is, etc) but all of them seem non-abusive from what I’ve glimpsed. I can’t speak for the slendrina games however.

When Granny catches the player, he will be forced to face her as she screams and hits him with her bat; this can come as a shock.
Another jumpscare occurs if Granny sees the player go under a bed; she will stand in front of the bed for a few seconds, then suddenly drop down on all fours with a loud sound and lunge at the player.
