No, though it should be noted that the character Eli is male in this game and genderfluid in another game, Hush Hush, which is an alternate continuity to this one.
Poe is heavily implied to have depression. Cole, as mentioned above, has whatever stereotypical, poorly represented mental illness all fictional serial killers have.
This is a little tricky because all the love interests have been turned into animals and you pursue a relationship with them while they are in talking animal form. However, if it helps, in the 18+ DLC, all sex only occurs when any love interest is fully human.
Ehh. There are many fat characters with varying personalities. With that being said, one fat character's gimmick is that he produces mukbangs, or videos where people eat, so YMMV.
One character mentions drinking more frequently after having been turned into an animal. How much this is is never stated. Alcohol is also almost never shown. One character is shown to be holding a wine glass full of something red in their primary art, but it is unclear as to what this liquid is, as the character is a vampire.
One of the dates is through a haunted house carnival ride. Spiders can be seen in the background and one character can be covered in (presumably fake) spiders during this date. This same character also mentions having mild arachnophobia.
No but the starting plot may be triggering. The opening story starts with you accidentally mistaking water bottles full of magic water for regular water. You pass them out to people and they drink them, turning into animals.
Discused. A character who has been turned into a Rooster is shown with a chicken drumstick on a plate during the dinner date. He is visible disturbed by this, and mentions he ordered chicken without even thinking about the possibility of cannibalism. Also during the dinner date, a character who has been turned into a rabbit is shown to be grateful to the waitstaff for trying to cross Hasenpfeffer (a rabbit stew) off the menu without him noticing.
One of the characters, Drake, is obviously meant to be a pseudo-Hogwarts student and can be mistaken for a minor, but his profile states that he is eighteen.
Kelby mentions having a dream about laying an egg and sympathises with women (period joke, also not all women menstruate and not all who menstruate are women)
Volks often talks down to himself and mentions pattering his fur backwards as a form of self punishment. He also says the roll at coaster almost killed him but he wants to go again which could be interpreted as suicidality/risk seeking behavior
Casual use of “crazy” and “lame”. Volks does mentions having a gluten sensitivity (unsure if allergy or just diet related) but he doesn’t have a reaction on screen to my knowledge. “Dogs leading the blind” is used as a metaphor. Numb mentions he’s “allergic to rollercoasters” unsure if it supposed to be a joke.
No. There is a bear in a dress and makeup joke but I don’t think the comedy aspect is her “Crossdressing” is more “look bear in makeup, bears don’t do that”
Animals mention stereotypes that aren’t necessarily true like rabbits liking carrots. The rabbit mentions losing weight (120lbs) from turning from a human to a rabbit which may be triggering if you are sensitive to weight talk. There are also microtransactions which some people may want to avoid. You can only choose Male or Female for you avatar but all hairstyles and outfits work on both as far as I can tell. I don’t know if this impacts the pronouns characters use on you. In Kelby’s route he mentions going to the hospital after being turned into a chicken and they told him to see a specialist at KFC, which is medical negligence at best.
By default, the most sexual thing is a censored image near the end of each character's route.
With the paid 18+ dlc, sex is explicit and nudity is shown, though the game can be toggled to either uncensored or censored at any time after the dlc is purchased.
