Depends on if you think the Black Beauty Sisters are actually sisters, because they never clarify that, but they are definitely a couple.

Yuuri and Hanon both have unrequited crushes on men much older than they are and get over them to be with people around their own age. Gaito/Gakuto is coded as an adult and only shows interest in other adults, but a plot hole introduced in the first arc would make him a child and all of his canon relationships age gaps if you think about it for longer than the writers did.

Not technically, but most of the cast do not have parents either because they are dead or because they were born via magic.

In the manga, Sara's servant deliberately convinced her that her boyfriend had abandoned her of his own will, while the servant had in fact pleaded with him to never see her again.

Characters are restrained while they are underwater, but as this usually happens to amphibious magical beings, they are not at risk of drowning.

The only one of the Dark Lovers who forms a relationship outside of the harem is the child whom Gaito/Gakuto never treated as a romantic option. Gaito does keep his more serious relationship with Sara secret while stringing along the Dark Lovers, and while she reconciles with her ex she does eventually stay with Gaito. Part of the plot of the Pure arc is a girl trying to steal the main character's amnesiac boyfriend.

The manga has fantasy references to underage drinking (having mermaids get drunk on pop), and while Gaito/Gackt/Gakuto is initially coded as an adult and often portrayed drinking wine, the revelation that he has a 13-year-old *twin* brother means he is also drinking underage (though this plot hole is never addressed).

The anime has a filler episode about a baby. The Pure arc is all about building toward a child being born (magically, and she begins life as a child around 8 years old, but she still appears as a spirit asking to be born, so it might affect some people).
