In a fight between two characters that have regenerative capabilities, they mutilate each other's eyes to gain an advantage. Another recurring character is shown wearing an eyepatch which constantly drips blood. When they are shown without the eyepatch, they have a glass eye which cracks in the socket later. While not graphic, blood gushes out of the eye. In their backstory, what led to the eye being injured is shown, but the eye itself is closed, and the injury isn't graphic. One scene misled me to believe that a character's eyes had been mutilated, but by the end of the scene, this is disproven.
