(Spoilers) The Belcher kids think they’re being stalked at one point. They get trapped at a corner, but the person is actually nice and trying to help them. Still, until the reveal, the scene is played as if they’re in danger of a stalker

[Spoilers] In the scene where the car is buried under the sinkhole, the Belchers struggle to breathe & discuss this, including trying to hold their breath. This is a serious moment but with a few jokes & they are okay in the end.

[Spoilers] Yes, an intense scene where the Belchers are in a car in a sink hole where [redacted] piles dirt on top of them. This is an extended scene & specifically shown as threatening/tense. They get out okay & are shown unharmed but was framed as an intense scene.

Not in the traditional sense but worth noting there is [spoilers] a scene where a dead body’s teeth fall into Louise’s open mouth, & later she carries the tooth around and pretends to eat it as if it is gum. Worth noting as this is lingered on & got a big reaction from our audience.

St. Bosco is included in the story but mostly shown as ineffective/the kids call on the cops to help. There are a few jokes about him being bad at a stakeout (him thinking he’s undercover from the One Eyed Snakes while Critter recognises him instantly). The carnies are paranoid about cops coming & Mickey praises the kids saying something to the effect of too good for being cops. There is an arrest at the end but overall very neutral on police / not major copaganda

Bob, Linda and Tina are seen having panic attacks at different points in the film. Bob’s is extended for comedic effect throughout one scene that leads to the next; Tina’s are sporadic throughout and feature her hyperventilating; and Linda similarly hyperventilates at one point, but only once

Yes, briefly in the buried alive scene in the sinkhole - Louise’s nightlight flickers on & off and Gene says “this is the worst rave ever”. It’s relatively quick & not a full strobe effect but is still quite bright. I think the scene ends after Gene’s rave comment if you want to avoid it/close eyes

In the beginning of the film, we hear a struggle and a gunshot. We see the flash from the gunshot reflected on some nearby stuffed animals. Later in the film, when the incident at the beginning is recapped, we see a badly drawn recreation of the shooting, but it resembles a child’s drawing
