In the first chapter, the FMC is abducted by aliens, who want to learn to reproduce by studying/stealing human beings' genitals. They strip the FMC down to her underwear, and one attempts to assault her with his (comically large) robotic penis. There are other instances throughout the manga where the aliens reappear, as well as a chapter featuring "gators" (men who approach naked women in hot springs to grope/assault them from under the water). There's no actual sexual assault, the abusers are all antagonists (most of them are even killed off), but these instances are often played for comedy and the manga as a whole could be uncomfortable for SA survivors.

Chapters Six and Seven have a large crab monster that has a bunch of faces on its back. From a distance, it’s just drawn as holes, so it made a friend of mine with the phobia very uncomfortable.
Once the crab merges with Turbo Granny, the back is covered by her hair.

*pg 32: First panel (and a little of the second) has Okarun v*ing visually after he moves really fast the first couple times with Turbo Granny’s power.
*pg 36: Second panel (middle on the right side) shows Okarun coughing up some blood as he’s using the powers more again and his body can’t handle it.
Chapter Seven:
*pg 4: Okarun goes like Sonic fast to get him and Momo to safety and v*s when he hits the pavement. Brief visual in the second panel. Momo also puts her hand over her mouth and assumingly g*gs but she isn't sick.
