Maybe? Without spoiling too much, the cops immediately and unquestioningly believe two convicted criminals who claim their victim was the real criminal. It's not believable that any cop would hear them out, despite what the audience knows is the truth.
Depends? It seems like there will be character growth, but that illusion is shattered almost instantly. Trevor continues not to know peace and it seems like he will continue to be terrorized. Actually, that's pretty funny. A happy ending!
There is dangerous driving and it seems like he might crash at some points, but he doesn’t. He hits the curb at one point which damages the car but that’s all. Later on the car rolls backwards by itself quite slowly and hits into a post and is damaged more.
