There is a scene where the Deinonychus is seen passing a pet shop window and noticing a dog inside but the scene cuts away before you see the dog get eaten. Later on the sheriff who is looking for the dinosaur finds the pet store window smashed and the remains of the dog can be seen.

If you count dinosaurs then yes, a Deinonychus is shot twice with the second shot blowing its head up. A Tyrannosaurs is disembowelled and killed with a loader.
