The main character's husband is a cop who is from a very wealthy family, but if anything he's portrayed in a negative light by the narrating main character. Other cops who feature are portrayed fairly neutrally.

Not necessarily, however the main character has a preoccupation with looking young through use of skin care. This however, relates to her attraction to young teenaged boys and not necessarily body dysmorphia. Those with this trigger could potentially find the scenes where she discusses her preoccupation uncomfortable or upsetting.

No substance addiction, however the main character abuses prescription drugs such as sedatives as a form of self medication at various points throughout the novel.
The main character is implied to have a sex addiction though.

No physical damage, but obviously due to the content there is sexual abuse and genitals are described in graphic detail every other sentence. The character being abused is traumatized, but I presume the question is regarding physical trauma.

There aren't many sexual abuse relayed questions, but I would just like to emphasize that this book is about an adult woman sexually abusing 14 year old boys and the "sex" scenes are graphic and gratuitous. There's also a lot of victim blaming especially later in the novel. It is upsetting, and I would proceed with caution regardless of if this is a trigger for you.

No, however a parent and their child both have sex with the same person on separate occasions. The child later has sex with that person in the same room as their parent.

The boon is like 80% graphic sex scenes, and none of the sex is consensual (statutory, coerced, obligation).
