Using breakthrough flesh-regeneration technology, a biotech firm creates a set of living dinosaurs. But when the creatures escape their museum exhibit and terrorize Los Angeles, a former firefighter must rescue his teenage daughter from the chaos brought on by the Age of Dinosaurs

A man in a wheelchair has "cured" himself and can walk again (ableist because not every wheelchair user is unable to walk at all and it was delivered like inspiration porn). Not sure if it counts but mentioned very briefly, a woman that lost her parents to a fire and was severely burned all over magically recovered from her scarring because of some miracle science created by the man in the wheelchair. The dialogue implied that you cannot be beautiful if you are scarred.

The gore in this movie is laughable quality but it is gore all the same. Heads and limbs are bitten off but for the most part you don't even see it, just the back of the dinosaur and random blood effects. There are scenes of dinosaurs throwing their heads back to toss up humans and then eat them. Very fake, obvious CGI looking but again, still gore.
A man breaks his nose in the beginning and there's blood, a man's hand is injured at some point (looks like a bullet wound) and is wrapped later with a blood stain, scratches on face.
