Technically it's unclear as some horses break free during a sand storm and the title character goes out to get them, but nothing is ever said of their fate. I believe that the idea is that he got them to safety, but it's not seen as enough of a plot point to spell out.

No, but the lead almost gives his life to save his love interest.

There are a lot of implied wounds, but I don't remember seeing blood depicted. If it was there, given that it was a 1920's silent film, it was pretty non-graphic and would have just been some red paint.

Sort of in a mild way. Two characters are briefly out in a sandstorm that would have been fatal if they had not gotten to shelter, so the implication is that it was probably hard to breathe, but being a 1920's silent movie, it's pretty nongraphic in terms of seeing anyone struggle.

NO BUT there is a lot of SWORD VIOLENCE, so people are dying all over the second half of the movie if that's a factor. Also, a lot of the characters are carrying rifles, but I don't remember them being used, but guns are very present.

The person who is held captive is pretty upset about it, though it's not an anxiety attack per se.

Technically it's unclear what he's smoking, but the title character does smoke out of a hookah.

The kidnapped woman is made to believe that she is about to be raped on several occasions and is forcibly kissed on those occasions. Also, she pretty offensively falls in love with him because of this behavior.

The story is about a man kidnapping his love interest and she slowly falls in love with him. It's supposed to be very romantic and is as offensive as it sounds.
