Hospitalised dude gets a lil creepy with nurses in s1 ep1 via "rude songs", but that's the extend of it. You could make an argument that the brief scene in that same episode between the abusive couple also counts (see sexual content). There's also a guy who doesn't really understand a woman's not into him and keeps trying. He doesn't force anything, but really can't take a no.

A dude spits up food in s1 ep1 which is definitely not vomit and doesn't sound like it, but visually looks way too similar. It's right after the wife serves her husband food. Later when she's reading a newspaper he refers to her food as vomit.
