In the beginning a child dies and another screams and holds her - the point of the show is very, very obviously the ressurection/rebirths of the two kids in the beginning. The end credits show one of the kids laying in blood.

No but, a child stands on the ledge outside the apartment balcony which may appear like an attempted suicide for some .and doesn’t seem to comprehend the danger they are in and falls, no one is hurt.
