Maybe, if you consider a relationship between a character and their clone to be incest. They look completely identical - moreso than you'd even usually expect from twins - which (imo) makes it fairly clear they are clones and not siblings. They kiss and are clearly very physically and emotionally intimate, but no sex is shown.
