After Pickman shows William the painting of Lavinia, Will looks ill and dazed. Once Will runs out of the room, look away and mute for 15 seconds or so- as he then runs out of the building and throws up. It happens at around 16:20 and lasts for a few seconds. There's some visuals (although in the dark) and audio that's quite triggering.
