He is being anesthetized, so after a few strong protests he is falling asleep in the moment the colonoscopy starts.
Please, I like the joke of a young grown-up skipping along the street a lot better than non-consent jokes.

At one time (ep. 12), a person suddenly gets very dizzy, his sight (the picture *we* see, really) gets blurred, and he runs to a chair that he almost falls into, opens a small box on a table buy the chair, and takes one of the many colored pills in that box. And then his vision (our vision, really) gets clear again and the camera stops swaying.

No, not as such. There are moving scenes with men crying, letting out deep sorrow and fear, and others, where in part the same men cry in a comic way, more like wide open mouth and a long shout. So at times crying is ridiculous, but not in a "real men don't cry"-way.
