Sort of. If you enter a hole in the skeleton on Kerona's surface, a creature eats Roger and spits out the bones- the resulting death image contains stomach acids from this. The same image appears if the tentacle monster in the Kerona cave eats you.

The death image by interacting with the pool of acid, or coming into contact with the dripping acid in Kerona's cave is particularly gruesome, showing a mostly skeletonized Roger with flesh melting off. Additionally if you smell or drink from the pool, you'll first see his head melt off. It's all surprisingly unsettling for an old dark comedy.
