The stalker is a different person than the attacker. The stalker follows the player character to the Karaoke in a van. He then leaves drink and food in her room. We know that the food has been tampered with, and I speculate the drink has as well

In 4 of the 6 endings, either the player character or her friend is sexually assaulted. This game made me feel ill. I can assure you that you're not missing out on some life-altering gameplay or graphics if you choose not to play
