Episode 6 - at 16:10 Tanjiro collapses and coughs repeatedly. the sounds may be a bit triggering, but the scene is technically safe. Tanjiro also coughs up blood into his hands at 17:20 which kind of sounds like v*ing so you may want to skip this part too.
Episode 11 - NOT SAFE. at 12:25 the demon’s head disintegrates. right after that, a flashback scene shows of a man knocking on a door. after the door opens, he gags and runs out of frame to v*. you don’t see the action and the sounds are mild in my opinion.
