Humans are shown to be tortured by the skrulls in order to gain access to their memories, etc. in order to be able to shapeshift into them. and more other graphic torture scenes (one including amputation)

S1- Entire first season is safe. In the final episode where Fury is in Chernobyl and dealing with the radiation poisoning it seems like he is going to be sick but he just coughs a lot.
